Also keep in mind that they are closed most holidays including Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (at noon), and Christmas day. Once you have the proper payments in place, be sure to plan for the weather. Las Vegas can be very hot in the summer. Prepare for the heat or try to plan your elopement for a cooler time of year if possible. Second, be sure to have transportation to and from the town. It’s about a 45-60min drive from Las Vegas depending on where you’re at.
